All About Me

  • I’m Sarah Slava — astrologer, intuitive strategist, pattern interpreter, and host of Voice Notes from the Astral.

I use astrology as a tool for understanding timing, identity, subconscious patterns, and the different seasons people move through in life.

My work sits somewhere between astrology, psychology, reflective, and authentic conversation. I’m less interested in rigid answers or spiritual performance, and more interested in helping people understand themselves more honestly and navigate life with greater clarity and self-trust.

A lot of the people drawn to my work are in transition:

    • outgrowing old identities,

    • questioning their direction,

    • rebuilding after burnout,

    • navigating uncertainty,

    • or trying to make sense of patterns that keep repeating in their lives.

Astrology became meaningful to me not because it gave me certainty, but because it gave me language.

Language for timing. Language for contradiction. Language for understanding why certain phases of life felt so disorienting while others felt expansive and clear.

  • Before this work, I studied Business Management and Psychology and spent years following a more traditional path through corporate life. On paper, things looked successful. Internally, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.

Leaving that version of my life wasn’t a clean or glamorous transformation. It was messy, disorienting, slow, and deeply humbling.

Over time, astrology became less of an interest and more of an interpretive framework — a way of understanding patterns, cycles, identity shifts, and the strange experience of becoming a different version of yourself.

What makes my approach different is that I never fully abandoned structure or practicality. I still think strategically. I still value discernment, grounding, and real-world application. My work today is shaped just as much by psychology, observation, and lived experience as it is by intuition or astrology itself.

  • I don’t believe people are “behind” in life.

I think many people are simply moving through timelines and developmental phases that aren’t well reflected in the world around them.

I believe clarity changes people more than shame does.

I believe some periods of life are meant for expansion, while others are meant for unraveling, reevaluation, or rebuilding.

And I believe astrology works best not as a rigid belief system, but as a tool for perspective, self-awareness, and navigating life more intentionally.

Whether through sessions, workshops, podcast episodes, or writing, my goal is the same:
to help people better understand themselves, trust their own timing, and move through life with greater awareness and agency.
